Technical description:VMC600 is a kind of medium and small size vertical machining center with a fixed column using mechanical and electrical integration design and has an elegant shape, and also capable for precision cutting. Drive: The precision ball screws driven by three-axis motors with the direct-connect mode, and the preload installation further improves the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. Used linear rolling guide in three linear axes, the machine has small vibration during high-speed feed, no crawling when low-speed feed, and good stability of a high accuracy.6. System: High quality FANUC 0i mate MD numerical control system is equipped to ensure the stability of machine tool control and also ensure the user’s CNC machining required functions and auxiliary functions.
